Trash Outside the Dumpster
February 2019
If you see anyone throwing furniture or trash outside the dumpster, please let us know. We have cameras on the dumpsters,  it is easier to find the video if we have the approximate time.

If you have large items that do not fit in the dumpster, have your mattress company, carpet installer or appliance salesman make arrangements to remove them for you.

You can also call American Disposal 703-368-0500 to arrange special pickup.
Parking Lot Changes
November 12, 2017
A resident recently complained to Supervisor Penny  Gross' office about our parking lot. As a result, the Fire Marshall has ordered us to makee a number of  changes.  The 2 spaces added at the circle behind  3712 will be removed. The  10-12 front-in visitor parking spaces in front of 3700 will be changed to paralllel parking according to the original site plan.  We will lose about 8 parking  spaces and gain a few unwanted signs. We regret the inconvenience, but this is utside our control . Feel free to contact  Supervisor Penny Gross and let her know what you thik about our ability to park after our condominium  has been excluded from parking in the surrounding areas.

2018 Winter Frozen Pipes

 November 12, 2017

Make sure that exposed  pipes, or pipes next to an exterior wall are kept warm. This helps to leave the cabinet door under your kitchen and bathroom sinks open. You should also run the water for a minute when it gets really cold. Help us prevent pipe bursts!  Your assistance is appreciated.

New Recycling Containers

 March 15, 2017

New recycling containers have been located next to the dumpsters. Please make sure you use the recycling bin for only recycling materials.

Thank you!

Be a good Neighbor and clean up after your pet

 March 1, 2017

Keeping your family and dog healthy from infections or diseases caused by dog waste is important. By removing dog waste from your property, you can be assured that your family has a safe place to spend time outside and enjoy themselves, and most importantly, avoid the risk of carrying germs and disease into the house. No more warning guests about a potential miss step, or having to restrict certain areas of your yard. You’ll be proud of the appearance of your yard and your dog will be delighted with the freedom and routine of taking care of his or her business outside in a risk-free environment! Please note that if you are seen not cleaning up after your dog you will receive a note in the mail with a penalty fee to be paid.

$50 Penalty Fee for leaving trash outside Dumpsters
November 2016

A new rule imposing $50 penalty fee has been determined by the board to those leaving trash outside the community dumpsters.

Please avoid sending your kids at night and do send and adult to avoid bags left outside. Sometimes kids cannot reached the dumpster and leave bags outside but please note this won't be tolerated by the board and will not be accepted as an excuse to avoid the fee.
