There is only one parking reserved  for each of the 106 apartments and  48 places for visitors . Parking in the surrounding streets is prohibited at any time.

The reserved parking spaces are numbered and close to their respective apartments  for the comfort and security of the owners.   One Visitor Hang Tag has been provided per each unit.

All vehicles must display a permit during patrol hours

Anyone may call to report an illegally parked vehicle during patrol hours. No signature required.

Only the owner of a RESERVED space may have a vehicle with a valid permit removed from that space.
